GAHHHHH. I was so pissed off today. Okay, today was the opening day of Public Enemies and I was so excited to go see it on the account that the main character was Johnny Depp & the plotline seemed worthy of a movie. So I go to the movie theater, and my 11-year-old sister and her friend tags along to watch Public Enemies as well. I tell the movie guy I want three tickets to Public Enemies and he sees us and asks for some ID because the movie's rated R. Well sadly, I'm not 17, so he wouldn't sell the tickets to me.

Ironically, I got away with watching Sweeney Todd last January, a movie that featured Johnny Depp as well and was also rated R. Only then, it was just me and my sister, and maybe the movie ticket person was busy or something that time, couldn't see that my sis was there, and assumed I was seventeen. However, that was at the other movie theater at the other mall.

So then I begged my mom to take me to the other theater some other day, but now she's refusing because since it's rated R, I'll just get turned down at the other theater again.

I could always watch it online, but...it's illegal and most of the sites for free movies online have been shut down recently anyway. And now I'll have to wait for the DVD to come out...which will be in AGES. FML. :'(
