My Spring Break is really sucking right now. I've been trying to go through my entire Physics book and attempting to do all the problems in there in a last-minute attempt to prepare myself before AP exams. Then I have the dreaded UTexas questions for Calculus to put in before Wednesday, so I have to get THAT done sometime soon. And then my English project, where I have to create a newspaper based on a book I'm reading. I'm way too lazy to start Watership Down, so I just chose Lord of the Flies in yet another last-minute decision. Finally, I have a History powerpoint to complete too.

And I'm not going to the city like my parents said a few days ago, which just brought my happiness level down by a significant amount of points.

I've also realized how addicting texting can get. I never really cared about it before because I didn't see the point of it. But because I have such limited time on the computer nowadays I discovered how I can get around that by using my phone to text friends. And because I have a Tracfone (yes, a Tracfone), I have a set number of minutes to use before next year. Since I've gone into this weird frenzy of texting, I used up nearly 80 minutes since then. o__o

But I calculated it already... I have about 940 minutes left which I have to stretch to before the beginning of January of next year. I rarely use my phone to call, except to tell my parents to pick me up after school if I'm not riding the bus that day. A call takes less than a minute, yet the phone considers it as one minute. So if I only use an average of 30 minutes a month, that will use up a total of 270 minutes worth of calls before it expires, counting from April to December, and the 670 remaining minutes will be wasted! D=
I obviously can't let that happen, so all the remaining minutes can be used for texting, right? Texting only uses 0.3 of a minute; 0.6 minutes total to read and to reply to a text. It's way more affordable than to call, and I'll be able to do more with less!
