Wow. So the day has finally come where the temperature is annoyingly hot. Not that I mind it much when I'm sitting in an air-conditioned car, it's just that sitting in a semi-air-conditioned car for a 3-hour drive can get just a tad irritating.

Anyway, I fail. Utterly fail. Yesterday I drove to my state's capital for the state level of my math competition and stayed the night. Today, I spent nearly the whole day at the university campus, and it was...fun, actually. We did a total of 12 problems. In six hours. What's the catch? The questions are incredibly complicated. They muddled and fried my brain up. This is why I fail. D:

So, I didn't even place to go to nationals, so I felt like a piece of crap a little while after the awards ceremony. It was a day wasted, but now that I look back on it, the best part of the competition was actually hanging out with my friends. I never hang out with them for six hours at school in incredibly great weather outside, so this was a nice change.

...and now that I got back, I just realized that I have a bunch of homework to finish for the rest of my weekend, and I'll have to put off the rest of my fun for next weekend or so. =|
